ShowUp helps salons, spas, and small clinics reduce no-shows. You add appointments, and ShowUp composes reminder emails and sends them on a schedule, or logs them for you to send.
ShowUp is operated by Forman Media Group LLC.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account. Please provide accurate information.
ShowUp has a free plan and a Pro plan at $24 per month. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Plan page. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Prices may change with notice.
Reminder emails are sent on your behalf to your own clients about appointments they booked. You are responsible for having your clients' correct contact details and for only contacting people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Do not use ShowUp to send spam or messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.
ShowUp is provided as is, without any warranty. We do not guarantee that any client will show up or that any reminder will be delivered.
To the extent allowed by law, Forman Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Do not use ShowUp for anything unlawful, and do not use it to harass or spam anyone.
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date it is posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
