Fewer no-shows. Fuller chairs.
ShowUp is the no-show guard for salons, spas, and small clinics. Friendly reminders that help clients show up, and a clear view of the ones who might not.

Bring appointments in from a list
Paste rows from a spreadsheet, one appointment per line: client, service, date (YYYY-MM-DD), time (24-hour, like 14:30), price, email or phone. A header row is optional.

When reminders go out
The day before
24 hours before the appointment. This is the one that does most of the work: clients confirm, or reschedule while there's still time to fill the slot.
The day of
2 hours before. A short, friendly heads-up so the visit stays top of mind.
In this version, sending writes the message and keeps it in the appointment's log; hooking up real email delivery comes next.
Your reminder words
Plain and friendly works best. You can use {name}, {service}, {date}, {time}, and {business}, and they'll be filled in for each client.

Your no-show policy note
For clients who keep missing visits, this gentle note asks for a deposit or a card on file to hold the next booking. You'll find a "Send policy note" button on their appointment cards.
